Congratulations Phyllis on your 100th birthday I know my mum (Sally) would love to be here with you today because she cared for you deeply. You were an inspiration to her and she regarded you like a second mother. All mum (Sally) ever did was make sure that you were properly looked after, fattened up on her roast beef dinners!
