ATHERTON (David). - Pat and family would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service, also all the floral tributes, sympathy cards and donations, Reverend Barbara Bircumshaw for a lovely service, Hinckley District Nurses, Macmillan support, a special thanks to doctor Rothwell for her constant care, also G. Sellers & Co., especially Kevin for their services.
