COLLINS (Stephen). - The family would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service. Sincere thanks for the floral tributes, cards, donations and messages of sympathy received following our very sad loss. Thanks to Doctors and Nursing Staff at Ward 35 University Hopspital, District and MacMillan Nurses. Special thanks to Rev. C. Jones for a lovely service and D B Devall for their care and compassion.
