GRANT (Jack). - The family of the late Jack who sadly passed away 18.4.2008 would like to thank the doctors at Heath Lane Surgery and the district nurses for all their care during his illness, to all family and friends for all their beautiful flowers and cards and everyone who attended the service at Barwell Church. A special thank you to Canon Davis for a lovely service and Heart of England Funeral Services for all their care at this sad time.
