WHITEHEAD (Eric). Beryl and family would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their cards, flowers and donations to U.H.C.W. N.H.S. Trust. Many thanks to all the carers and district nurses. Also Matron Angela Wall and Dr. Chohan for all their care. Thank you also to Rev.
