Congratulations WRIGHT Penny The Wright family from Eastwood took on the Walk for Autism fundraising challenge of walking 10,000 steps a day over 8 days from 26th March to 2nd April whilst wearing inflatable dinosaur costumes. They managed a massive 109,521 steps within the 8 days, which took part at Colliers Wood Nature Reserve, Moorgreen. The family were carrying a charity bucket which raised a further £169.01 during the walks. The family have raised an enormous fundraising total of £1,097.00 raised for Autism Initiatives and said they have been absolutely overwhelmed by local support and would like to say a massive thank you to everyone.
