HOGAN James (Jim). Susan would like to thank everyone for their sympathy and support at this sad time. Thank you all for the floral tributes and donations towards the Myton Hospice's Fund. I am especially grateful to all the Elvin and Bryan families, also a special thank you to nurses, doctors and staff who cared for Jim at Walsgrave Hospital, also thank you to Co-op Funeral Directors and St. James' Church for their care and support.
