Hurn John & Julie Golden Anniversary John and Julie will be celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary on September 3, 2016 with family and friends in College Station, Texas. Earlier in the year they celebrated on a great vacation at a resort in the Dominican Republic with their children and grandchildren. They were married in 1966 at Horfield Methodist Church, Horfield, Bristol. In 1969 they emigrated to the United States and have lived in Chicago, Miami, Orange and College Station, Texas making many friends along the way. Since retiring in 2009 they have been traveling visiting Australia, Asia, Scandinavia, the Baltic States, including St. Petersburg, Russia; Europe and England where they still have family and friends.
