McSWEENEY (Grace). Jackie, Tom, Pat, Grace, Theresa and Auntie Theresa would like to thank family and friends for all their cards, messages of support, floral tributes and donations to Macmillan Nurses. Thank you to Henry Isons for their guidance and Father Jimmy for the celebration Mass. Special thanks to Kathy, Carol and Auntie Theresa for the beautiful service. Thank you to Anna, Sarah and Cathy for the catering and to Craig at Stoke Coventry Club for making us so welcome. It truly was a celebration of Grace's life. Grace will be sadly missed by all, but never forgotten.
