ROBERT (BOBBY) Born in Gateshead around 1922. He joined the army at around 15 and was a career soldier and fought in WWII and was a POW in 1943-44 in Switzerland. He escaped and made his way back to the UK. He then fought in Korea and was also stationed in Hong Kong.
