HARRIET & MATTHEW Jeffrey & Debra Edgar of Bisley are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Harriet, to Matthew, son of Gary & Margaret Bolt of Knaphill. Harriet is a graduate of Southampton Solent University and is an Account Manager at Property House Marketing. Matthew graduated from Woking College and is an Assistant Section Manager at Waitrose. An October wedding in 2017 is planned.
