SMITH Shirley Thank you I would like to thank all my clients, family and friends for the tremendous support you have given me over the passing of my husband Tony. The flowers and cards were overwhelming, the donations raised amounted to just over £500 which will be shared between the ICU and Staples Ward at NDDH.
