ADDISON (Carl). - Diane and family would like to thank everybody for the messages of sympathy and floral tributes. Sincere thanks to everybody who attended Carl's funeral, with special thanks to Uncle Phil from Australia, Auntie Sue Sawyer, Maz, Rita, friend Simon and Ann Hill.
