EVANS (Anne Jane) My sincere thanks to all who attended the funeral of Anne and to all family members, friends and neighbours for offers of help and support at a very distressing time. My thanks also for the cards of condolence and donations to the Endoscopy Unit and to A.J. Lloyd Funeral Directors for their invaluable help. Finally thank you to the staff on Ward 22, Area 2, both for their kindness to me and for making Anne's last day's as comfortable as possible.
