From Pauline & Edwin A BIG THANK YOU To everyone who has been involved with Edith Holmes (Cullompton) care and has been dedicated to her health for her to reach her 90th Birthday on 2nd June 2016. Just to name a few we would like thank Dr. Jacobs, Dr. Kekwick, their secretary Theresa and to Rosemary for efficiently dealing with all prescriptions. Thank you to all other staff at College Surgery, Cullompton. Also thank you to all the district nurses who care for Edith, OTs especially Amy, Helping Hands managers and all staff and all who work very hard for many people. A last thanks to Caroline and Stephen for all they have being doing.
