BULL (John William). Mary would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their sympathy, support, cards, floral tributes and donations received following the sad loss of a much loved husband. Special thanks to Kathryn, David and Maureen, Kay and Dave, Eddy and Pam and my Goddaughter Nurse Julie Palfreyman, they gave me support throughout a very difficult time. Thanks also to Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service for the Guard of Honour they provided and to Derek Hams for a lovely service, it made John's funeral a very special memorable occasion. Many thanks also to W. Smith & Sons, Funeral Directors for their care and compassion.
