HALL ERIC AND IRIS (Alexander) Double Celebrations On Friday the first of April Eric and Iris celebrated their golden wedding anniversary,they were married in Hay on Wye in 1961. On Saturday the second they retook their wedding vows in Saint Mary's Bronllys,officiated by Canon Roland Edwards. Eric originally from Monmouth,the son of James and Elen Hall. Iris originally from Cwmgiedd in the Swansea valley.The daughter of James and Maggie Alexander,sister of Douglas and Verina Eric did his military service and then went to work in Bronllys Hospital,were he work till he retired. Iris left school and went to work in the Anglo Celtic watch factory she left and then went to work in Bronllys Hospital . This is were they first met. Iris and Eric have two sons Martyn and Richard ,a daughter-in-law Julia,and three grand children,James,Fiona and Ian. Both enjoy gardening and enter in shows eg The Royal Welsh. They set up home in Brollys and have lived there for fifty years. Many congratulations from all the family.
