Katie Hay Eldest daughter of Andrew and Donna Hay from Creetown, Granddaughter of Anne & Robert Ross and Betty and the late Billy Hay, recently graduated from University of Glasgow Dumfries Campus with an MA in Primary Educational Studies with Merit. Katie was educated at Creetown Primary school and Kirkcudbright Academy. Her family are all extremely proud of her.
