Mrs Beryl Fleming Thank you Joanne would like to thank on behalf of her mum (Beryl) all her family and friends for their love, support and kindness since her accident on 6th May. Thank you for all the cards, gifts and visitors whilst she has been in hospital. I would particularly like to thank Kerry Headech for her prompt attendance to my mum when she had her accident, which probably saved her life and to Martin for his assistance and for calling the ambulance. Also the Air Ambulance who do a fantastic job and save so many lives and to the Trauma Unit at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
