William Sheriff (RE) would like to thank Richard Chapman for being agreeable, assertive and approachable during his brief stay as Locum Town Clerk, Shaftesbury Town Council. To wish him and his family all the best in their future endeavours and that he may return again. Thank you also to two stalwarts from the public gallery; Pat Roberts and Former Councillor Richard Thomas, for their honest observations and well intended scrutiny.
