LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE PREMISES: NE4 CAFÉ BAR AND PREMIER CONVENIENCE STORE, UNIT 3, MACLEAN HOUSE, HEBER STREET, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE NE4 5TN Notice is given that RECTORY LODGE LIMITED applied to Newcastle City Council on 30th July 2013 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Variation of layout in accordance with the plan lodged with the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Newcastle upon Tyne, Licensing Authority, Civic Centre, Room 704, Newcastle upon Tyne NE99 2BN. Representations must be received by 29 August 2013. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on t he standard scale (£5,000).
