Alice and Tom PETHER of Wells are delighted to announce the arrival of their identical twin daughters, Olivia Florence Eloise and Phoebe Elizabeth Rose, who were born at 10.06am and 10.07am on Thursday 8th August 2013 at Bath's Royal United Hospital. The girls weighed in at 6lbs 4oz and 4lbs 8oz respectively, both Mother and Daughters doing well
