PENDLETON The engagement is announced between James, eldest son of Richard Pargeter, of Faringdon, Oxfordshire, and Romney Pargeter, of Buscot, Oxfordshire, and Alice, younger daughter of John and Christine Pendleton of Clunton, Shropshire. The marriage is planned for summer 2021.
