BATES (Catherine). Mary would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service. Sincere thanks for the cards and letters of sympathy and donations received. Special thanks to the caring staff of Ward 41 Stroke Ward, Walsgrave Hospital. Many thanks also to Reverend Frank Seldon of Christchurch and Moreblessing for the lovely service and Maggie Seldon and Muriel for the excellent and generous refreshments, and Liam and Sian for singing later. Thanks to Bill Harvey and staff of Coop Funeral Services, I shall never forget all the kindness shown to me at this difficult time. God bless you all.
