DELL (Sarah). - Charlie, Kathleen and Jeff would like to thank all the family, friends and neighbours for their beautiful floral tributes and messages of sympathy on their recent sudden loss. Special thanks to Joyce for all her help with the arrangements, George for the reading in church, Reverend Paul Burch for his help in arranging the service and his attendance at the interment of ashes, the ladies of St. Thomas's for the wonderful floral arrangements and to Emma at the Elephant and Castle for the splendid buffet. Thanks also to the nursing staff on Ward 11 at University Hospital for their care of Sarah in her final hours and to Simon Betteridge, Hospital Chaplain for his words of comfort. Lastly to J.E. Hackett and Sons Limited Funeral Directors for their professional services and for making a difficult time so much easier to bear.
