DICKENS (Ronald). - Jean and family would like to say a big thankyou for all the kindness shown and for the many lovely messages sent with beautiful cards. Also thanks to everyone who attended the funeral and Thanksgiving Service held at St. Catherines Church. This was conducted carefully and sympathetically by Canon David Jennings assisted by Dr. Robert Stephen and augmented by the choir and organist. Individual contributions were also made by Amanda, Timothy, Catherine, Honor and Thomas. Many thanks to Mrs Cynthia Evans and staff who provided food and hospitality in the church extension. Grateful thanks also to the staff of McCartneys for their sensitive care and arrangements. Finally thanks to everyone who kindly have sent beautiful flowers and donated generous donations to British Heart Foundation and Arthritis Research Campaign.
