Gavan John (Gaffer) I would like to say a huge thank you to Musgrove and Barnstaple Intensive care, all staff on Alexander Ward and South Malton Cottage Hospital. To all my family and friends who have visited and supported me over the last two years especially the Dome Care carers. John would like to wish you all a Happy Christmas and I am now at home.
