HALFORD (Joan). Graham and Jill wish to thank all family and friends for their support and prayers at the loss of Joan. Our appreciation extends to all those who attended the funeral and to those who donated so generously to Cancer Research. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the medical teams based at University Hospital Coventry and Leeds General Infirmary for their total dedication in their fight to extend Joans life over the past two years. Our special thanks go to doctors and staff at the Forum Health Centre, the Wyken District Nursing Team and the Macmillan Palliative Care Team all of whom provided intensive support and care during the most difficult time. Also our thanks go to the Heart of England Cooperative Funeral Service for their professional support and advice throughout. On behalf of Joan, God bless you all.
