HAWKINS (David). David's family would like to thank relatives, neighbours and colleagues for the messages of sympathy, flowers and help during this very difficult time. Special thanks to Alan Penny of the Humanist Society and to Hylton, Michael and John for their kind words and fitting tributes to DavidT and also to those who attended the funeral for their support on a very difficult day. Finally, thanks to ambulance and medical staff at Walsgrave Hospital and Heart of England Co-operative Funeral Services.
