KING (David). - Penny, Sam and family would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral and Thanksgiving Service. Sincere thanks for all prayer support, messages of sympathy and donations received following our sad loss. Special thanks to all those involved in the service and after the service for their contributions towards a truly beautiful tribute to Dave's life. Particular thanks for their professional skills, care and compassion to the Ambulance Service and Paramedics, all in Coronary Care and ITU at George Eliot Hospital, Reverend Clive Jones and his team at Holy Trinity Church, Attleborough and D.B. Devall Funeral Directors.
