SMITH (Steven). Marianne, Matthew, Caitlin and all the family would like to thank everyone for their kind messages and prayers in the very sad loss of a much loved husband, father and son. Also family, friends and work colleagues of Berkeley Burke, Leicester who attended Steven's funeral service and kind donations received for Brain Tumour U.K. Special thanks to Father David and Father Bob for conducting a sensitive service. Thanking all staff who looked after Steven in his last weeks of illness in the Oncology Ward, Leicester Royal Infirmary, especially Doctor Natalie Smith. Not forgetting Leslie, Anna and all staff at McCartneys for their caring professionalism in dealing with all the arrangements.
