Golden Anniversary HORLER Steve and Joan Celebrate fifty years of marriage on Feb 6th. They met in Frome at sixteen and have been together for fifty three years. Steve is the managing Director of Frome Reclamation Ltd, and Joan is also a director and company secretary. They have three children also directors of the family business. They have eight grandchildren and a great-grandson.
