Tibbs Pamela & Roy Diamond Wedding Anniversary Pamela (nee Rowden) and Roy Tibbs are celebrating their Diamond Wedding Anniversary today. Born and raised in Plympton, they were married in St Mary's Church on 17 March 1956. Having lived in and around Plymouth most of their lives, including Plymstock, Bickleigh, Yelverton and Plympton, they are now living near family in Bedfordshire. Before his retirement, Roy was formerly the proprietor of AR Tibbs Electrical Contractors and SJ Sanders & Son. DIY shop on Mayflower Street. Pamela was an active member of the W.I., Plympton Fushia Club and the Plymouth Methodist community. They are celebrating their anniversary with a small family party.
