HODGES Richard Margaret and family have been deeply touched by all the love, help and expressions of sympathy given to them in their sad loss of a much loved husband, stepfather, grandad, brother and dear friend to so many. The respouse and generous donations for "The Jennifer Trust" for Spinal Muscular Atrophy have been overwhelming and very heartwarming. Thank you so much. Our heartfelt thanks also to all who have helped us through the crisis, including our lovely G.P. Dr Calvo-Til, the caring staff on Elizabeth Ward at George Eliot Hospital, the Reverend Edward Pogmore, our dear friends at Nuneaton Christian Fellowship for so much, and those very close to us, both friends and neighbours, whose love and support have helped carry us through. Thanks too, to the local press for their beautifully written obituaries on Richard. Our gratitude to D. B. Devall for the care and sensitivity with which they have handled the funeral arrangments. To all those who attended the service, reception and celebration of Richard's life with Pastor Paul Wood, again many thanks, and to the two lovely Lindas, as Richard referred to them, they'll know who I mean! Richard was, indeed, a very exceptional, loving, caring man. Dearly loved and so sadly missed.
