SPIBY (Julie). - The family and Carers of the late Julie Spiby, who left our world on February 14, 2008, wish to thank sincerely, The Health Team - Dr Dale and Julie Skillbeck and The Social Services Team - Rob Deacon for excellent support during Julie's illness. The management of Julie's care was outstanding.
