We cannot wait for borders to open and flights to resume without 300 months of quarantine so we can give you a big cuddle. Just so you have plenty of time to prepare for that day, my order is a pot of soup, pot of sugo, some square sausage and steak pie (homemade) - obviously I don't plan to eat all that the same time, but it would be nice to have it there for when I want it. Not sure what exactly Tony will want, but I'll get back to you on that. Oh, and if you could get Patrick to fire up the BBQ too then that would be great! No need to get started on it right away. Just enjoy Mother's Day today because we all know it's back to Olivia Day tomorrow. In all seriousness, Mum, I do miss you a lot. There's not enough musicals and wine in the world to make up for all the time we've not been able to see each other. Thank you for being the kind of Mum who always listens to my rants and moans which, to be fair, are always ENTIRELY justified. Thank you for sparking a sense of curiosity within me about life and the world around me. Thank you for nurturing that spark into a little fire by pushing me to keep exploring, keep asking, keep discovering no matter how much you wish I'd just bloomin' well come home. Thank you for believing in me and being my biggest fan - no bias involved, I'm sure. Thank you for all the shoes you let me borrow as a teenager - it was never my intention to stretch them out so that they no longer fitted you but hey, everything happens for a reason, right? Thank you most of all for being my Mum, I know it's not always easy but such is life and also... you're stuck with me. You are my sunshine!
