MALCOLM Andrew and Julie (nee Fraser) are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their son ] Connor Andrew on 27th September 2009 at Stirling Royal Infirmary. Second grandchild for Paula and James and first for Sheena and Ian. Thanks to all maternity staff, especially those in Ward 19.
