Just Married ROBERTS Lee and Sophie Broad Deans Place Hotel, Alfriston was the venue on 30th March for the reception and wedding ceremony between Lee Aaron Roberts, son of Eric and Paula Roberts who live in Spain and Sophie Verlain Broad, daughter of Michael and Angela Broad of Forest Row. The bride, given away by her father Michael, wore a champagne and ivory coloured full-length dress with pleated satin bodice, lace skirt and Swarovski crystal embellishment at the waist. She carried a hand tied bouquet of deep yellow roses and tulips, blue delphiniums and white gypsophila. In attendance were the bride's niece and nephew, Alice and Ben, and her sister Naomi Groom, who wore a full-length midnight blue gown and carried a bouquet of tulips, roses and gypsophila. The best man was Andy Dickson, a schoolfriend of the groom. Poems were read by the bride's brother Dominic and his wife Amanda, and by a friend Chris Parker. Lee and Sophie have set up home in Heathfield and their honeymoon will be in Greece. Michael Broad
