JURY Mansel Alfred Robert Passed away at Glangwili Hospital on Nov 22, aged 88. Mansel was born in the Vale of Glamorgan but spent his retirement in Saundersfoot. He loved the sea and just after the war joined the Navy and served as a Submariner. He appreciated the outdoor life and especially walking along the beaches of South and West Wales. Fishing was his favourite pastime but he also enjoyed having conversations with visitors who showed an interest in the wildlife on the shore. The funeral service took place at Parc Gwyn Crematorium on Dec 1. Family left to mourn Eileen his wife, Rosemary, Stephen, Jill, Rachel, Philip, Violet and many other family members, friends and neighbours too numerous to mention. Bearers were Christopher Edwards, Anthony Edwards, Martin Edwards and Philip Jury. Officiating was Pastor Craig Gove. Funeral arrangements were made by E C Thomas & Son Funeral Directors, Llanteg, Narberth.
